In doing this,
Waterford Pride aims to create a focus through which the lesbians, gay

communities that it represents.

Promotion Work
The Health
Promotion team is active in publicising information via the Waterford Pride
Festival on health issues such as safer sex, diet, alcohol and mental health.
This is achieved by interfacing with a number of other community groups
and health bodies in order to ensure that the LGBT communities are given
up-to-date and accurate health care information.
